Zack’s Sports provides a secure firearms storage facility designed for responsible gun owners who need a safe place to store their firearms outside of their home. This service is ideal for preventing improper storage or access by unauthorized individuals, such as children or others who may not use the firearms responsibly. By offering a personalized storage solution, Zack’s Sports ensures that firearms are kept in a controlled environment, away from situations that may pose a safety risk.

Under this agreement, the firearm owner voluntarily places their firearms into controlled storage instead of having them confiscated by law enforcement. This is done under a court order, and the firearms can only be accessed once the order is lifted.

-Firearm Custody Storage:

You sign over possession of your firearms to Zack's Sports, Inc. (FFL), until you wish to retrieve them and are legally permitted to do so.

-Control Storage by the month :

Control Storage begins at the time your Firearm(s) are in our possession.

Monthly subscription rate $30 per gun.

(one time transfer and/or pickup from Police Department $100 for more than four guns, there is an additional charge of $25 per gun.)

Access:

Renters have access to their locker during the regular business hours of Zack’s Sports Inc., as listed on our website.

Use of Locker:

The locker is intended solely for the storage of firearms and firearm related items.

No uncased firearms are allowed in this room, No exceptions.

All stored firearms are to be kept in a case or range bag in their respective locker.

All firearms and magazines are not to have any ammo in them..

We can not have access to your locker. For this reason, please bring a lock for your locker. The typical “gym locker” padlock works the best. Key, dial, biometric, whichever you prefer. Please refer to image.
