Where We will Ship:
Shipping Destination
We only ship firearms to:
Federally Licensed dealers (FFL/ Gun Shops)
Federally Licensed Manufacturers
Shipping Areas:
We ship to all US States.
Firearms will not be shipped to Individuals
Steps:
1. You most show up in person with the firearm(s) you want transferred.
2. If your transferring a long gun we will need to see your driver's license.
3. If transferring a handgun we will need to see your NYS handgun license and your driver's license.
Deceased:
Under specific conditions, Zack's Sports can agree to process transfer requests for firearms registered to a deceased.
REQUIRED information from the deceased
- Copy of Pistol Permit
- Copy of Driver's License
- Copy of Death Certificate
Shipment and Tracking:
Zack's Sports Inc., arranges shipments with USPS.
Handguns are sent USPS Priority mail.
Long guns are sent USPS Priority mail.
Transfer Fees:
Our fee for sending an outgoing transfer to another FFL is
$100.00 per firearm, plus applicable shipping charges applicable shipping charges.
